Meeting up with new friends and companions along the way, he quickly begins to learn that the world is not quite the peaceful place he believed it to be - embroiled with prejudice, racial segregation, and hidden danger. And the truth behind Kayn'dar's disappearance is something none of the party would ever expect..." (Description from website)

11. The Pheonix Requiem (Completed)

"The Phoenix Requiem is a Victorian-inspired supernatural fantasy story about faith, love, death, and the things we believe in. On a cold December night, a gentleman stumbles into the town of Esk, gunshot wounds leaving a trail of blood in the snow behind him. Despite making a full recovery at the hands of an inexperienced nurse - and deciding to make a new life for himself in the town - he is unable to escape the supernatural beings, both good and bad, that seem to follow him like shadows. 10. Flipside (Ongoing)
"Enter Maytag: The hottest (and only) jester girl in town. Her biggest fan is a young man named Crest. After he tries to ask her out and gets rejected, the two of them cross paths again at a poker game, which turns into a game of death for both of them! 9. Dead Winter (Ongoing)
"Dead Winter is an action-filled modern fantasy/sci-fi horror story about a post-apocalypse living-dead zombie infested present-day world. It isn't really about zombies, though. It's about people. (Description from website)

8. dream*scar (Ongoing)
"Set in a post-modern alternate reality, dream*scar shows a world where Unhumans, the creatures of myth and lore, live openly amongst humans. The Reveal only happened some 20 years ago, and so times are still relatively chaotic for everyone involved [racism especially rampant]. Admist all this is a girl named Vix. She knows she is an unhuman, and she knows how they are treated, but she is lucky -- she's an empath, and her powers easily hidden. But when something goes wrong, and people end up dead, she begins to realize that there's more to her abilities than she can even comprehend..." (Description from website)

7. Twokinds (Ongoing)
"Twokinds is a webcomic that takes place in a world conflicted with racial tension, primarily between the human-like Humans and the animal-like Keidran. They have dramatically different societies and ideas on how to live and act. It is because of these differences that the two races are almost always in some form of conflict. The story begins as the world hinges on the brink of another war. However, unlike before, this time war seems to be the result of a single man, manipulating the two races for his own personal gain - though he no longer has any memory of doing so." (Description from website) Currently #1 on Top Webcomics.

6. The Meek (Ongoing)

"The Meek is a graphic novel about Angora, an inexperienced young girl who has been sent on a quest to save the world. War looms on the horizon, and at its helm is the Emperor of the North and his hellish adviser. The two countries are overwhelmed with as much terror, crime, disease and revolution as they are with those who wish to create peace. Armed with only her instincts and an unexplainable power, she must experience and judge the world—and decide once and for all if it is truly worth saving." (Description from website)

They face a crisis when their elemental lifeblood begins to seep into the children, eventually culminizing into a soulstone which gives them great powers, but at the cost of their life and eventually that of the planets’ too. One childless planet, Earthsong, is given the task of retrieving these children from their homeworlds and bringing them to her surface where they are safe. She is given tools made of Siderean, or star, element which allow her to remove the soulstone from its host and both back to their planet of origin. These individuals often build up legends and myths around their strange and fragmented memories of alien species." (Description from website)
